A focus group playdate. (that's another thing I invented).

Friends and family were so encouraging and positive about Toonsie, but whether or not they'll admit it - there's bias there. I decided if I was going to take this idea much further I had to get feedback from parents and children that I do not know.

It was time to pull together a focus group. I posted about it on several local moms groups early last week. Here's a copy of the post:

"Focus session alert - I'm scheduling some play times at my house this Friday morning. Targeting infants and toddlers 0-2 years old to come test out my new toy concept (patent pending!) in my home in Ball Square, Somerville. If you're free, please reply or PM me. Would love to see/meet you and your kiddos!

I'll be photographing/video-taping these sessions, and asking for permission to use the images in marketing . . .in exchange for your attendance/authorization/feedback you'll have some fun and leave with a goodie bag

If you're interested in participating please reply to me with your availability and age of your child(ren). Older siblings welcome.

Thanks!"
